Good afternoon, church family!

 

I'm typing out this e-mail on the Kansas Turnpike as we stop for lunch at McDonald's.  We are on our way home from the bus trip to Branson, and had a wonderful time!

 

I am looking forward to worshipping with everyone in the morning at 10:30.  My message is entitled "Warning: Danger Ahead!", and is a call to the precarious adventure that is the Christian life!  All hearty souls will want to be there!

 

Then, at 6:00 tomorrow evening we will have our Fall Fest Supper at the 4-H Building.  This will feature a "Council of Achievement" program by our Mpact and Royal Rangers girls & boys ministries, and we are inviting the families of our boys & girls as our special guests.  This is a potluck dinner, but we are not asking the Mpact/RR families to bring food, so you may want to bring a little extra!
