I would like to invite you to join us this Sunday as we CELEBRATE Thanksgiving together at First Assembly!

 

First, at 10:30am, my message will be on "Celebrating Thanksgiving in Heaven".  This is not what I would call your "traditional" Thanksgiving message, but one that should inspire not only thankfulness on the fourth Thursday of November, but a spirit of celebration throughout the year!

 

Then, at 7:00 Sunday night, we will be joining with other churches in Phillips County as we gather at Community Church of God for our Community Thanksgiving Service.  Harlan Nonhoff, the interim pastor at First Presbyterian Church, will be speaking. I also look forward to formally introducing Tim Kraft, the new pastor at the Church of God, to the community.
